These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Arudhi Life mobile application operated by Urudhi Life ("we," "us," or "our").

Arudhi Life is a product owned and operated by Urudhi Life.

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data under the DPDP Act 2023.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Medical Disclaimer (Crucial)

Arudhi Life is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Nutritional Accuracy: Arudhi Life provides nutritional estimates for informational purposes only. These values are based on general databases and may not be 100% accurate.

Information Purpose Only: The diet plans, water intake recommendations, and other content are generated based on general scientific formulas and are for informational purposes only.
Consult a Professional: Always consult with a physician before starting any new diet or fitness program.
No Liability: We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from using the App. You agree that you use this App at your own risk.

2. Age Requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Application. By using this Application and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain the security of your password and identification.
Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.
Allow collection of technical information: You acknowledge that we may collect IP addresses and device identifiers for security. Optional analytics data is collected only with your explicit consent.

4. Consent to Electronic Communications

By using the App, you consent to receive electronic communications from us via the App (Push Notifications) or Email. These communications may include:

Notices: Account details, security alerts, and administrative messages.
Reminders: Daily health and nutrition prompts (e.g., "Drink Water", "Lunch Time").
Promotions: You may opt-out of marketing communications but not service-related alerts.

5. Pricing & Future Services

The App is currently provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium services in the future. If subscriptions are introduced, users will be clearly informed about pricing, billing terms, and renewal conditions before any charges are applied. Use of paid features will be optional and subject to user consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to reverse engineer our proprietary technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Urudhi Life be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Data Deletion & Your Rights

In compliance with the DPDP Act 2023 and Google Play User Data policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

How to delete your data:

In-App: Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
Web Request: If you have uninstalled the app, you can request deletion via our Data Deletion Request Form.

Process:
Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation email to verify your identity. Upon confirmation, your data will be permanently purged from our servers within 7 days. This action is irreversible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
