This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Arudhi Life ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Urudhi Life ("Service Provider").

Arudhi Life is a product owned and operated by Urudhi Life.

1. Information We Collect

User Provided Information:

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Identifying information includes your name, email address, and demographic data.

Health-Related Personal Data:

To provide personalized diet and nutrition plans, we collect the following sensitive personal data:

• Physical Metrics: Height, weight, age, biological sex.
• Lifestyle Data: Activity level, dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan), and fitness goals.
• Medical Info: We do not collect or request medical information such as allergies, medical conditions, or health data from users. However, our app may provide general food or nutrition suggestions. Users are solely responsible for considering their own allergies, dietary restrictions, and medical conditions before following any recommendations. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues resulting from the use of this information.

Device & Log Data:

We automatically collect certain information when you access the API for security and performance purposes, including:

• IP Address: To prevent abuse, rate-limit requests, and protect against attacks.
• Device Info: Device model and OS version to optimize the user experience.

Usage & Analytics Data (Google Firebase Analytics):

To improve our service, we may use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how the App is used (e.g., popular features). This includes:

• Interaction Data: Screens visited, buttons clicked, and successful actions (like "Plan Generated").
• Plan Preferences: Aggregated data on diet types, goals, and activity levels. No personal identifiers are linked to this data.

Consent & Opt-Out: You can enable or disable this data collection at any time. By default, this collection is DISABLED until you click "Allow".

2. Push Notifications & Communications

We may request to send you Push Notifications regarding your account or the Application. These include:

• Health Reminders: Alerts to drink water or eat meals based on your plan schedule.
• Plan Updates: Notifications when your daily plan is generated.
• Service Alerts: Important security or maintenance updates.

Opt-Out: If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings or the Application's profile settings.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide strictly to:

• Generate and value-add to your personalized nutrition plan.
• Provide reminders and track your progress.
• Improve the functionality and accuracy of our algorithms.

4. Payment Information

The App may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any payment processing will be handled securely through Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information directly.

5. Data Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3, AES-256 (Rule 6) protocols.
• Access Control: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees who need to know that information to operate the Application.

6. Third Party Access

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services
• Supabase (Authentication & Database)
• Google Firebase Analytics (If enabled)
• Sentry (Error Tracking & Crash Reporting)

Sentry Disclosure: We use Sentry, a backend error monitoring service, to detect and fix technical issues in our system. Sentry may collect technical information such as error logs, device information, approximate geographic region, and request metadata. We have configured Sentry to exclude sensitive personal data such as authentication tokens, cookies, and user identity. This data is used solely for debugging and improving system reliability.

7. Data Deletion & Your Rights

In compliance with the DPDP Act 2023 and Google Play User Data policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

How to delete your data:

• In-App: Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
• Web Request: If you have uninstalled the app, you can request deletion via our Data Deletion Request Form.

Process:
Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation email to verify your identity. Upon confirmation, your data will be permanently purged from our servers within 7 days. This action is irreversible.

8. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children Under 18 (Section 9). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us immediately.

9. Legal Compliance (India-only)

• India (DPDP Act 2023): We process data based on your specific consent, which you may withdraw at any time. This policy is compliant with DPDP Act 2023 requirements.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here.
